2010 Summer Nightly Rates
Rates are valid from April 12, 2010 through November 20, 2010
Rates are per night unless otherwise noted and do not include the current 14.4% Sales Tax & Resort Fee
All townhomes have multiple TV’s, DVD players, & alarm clock radios; multiple stone gas fireplaces, a private bathroom and two Porches bathrobes in each room; wireless internet access; humidity control system &, forced hot air; washer & dryer with laundry detergent; private phones in almost every room, heated two car garage, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils. All linens and towels; dish soap, sponges, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & trash bags; soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue, toilet paper & a hair dryer in each bathroom.
In an effort to conserve water and be more environmentally friendly at The Porches, we will be offering one mid-week clean on stays of 5 nights or more that includes linen & towel change, vacuum & a full clean of the unit. Additional housekeeping upon request for a fee.
Our amenities building, known as ‘The Barn’ includes the front desk, a business center, internet access, & kitchen area with a coffee bar. Our beautiful lounge area has a stone gas fireplace, pool table, game room, state of the art fitness facility with Nautilus equipment, co-ed steam room, men’s/women’s locker rooms/restrooms, outdoor heated pool & spa are open year-round with a fire pit & large barbeque.
Our front desk is open from 7:00am until 11:00pm seven days a week, shuttle service within Steamboat city limits will be provided from 7:15am until 10:45pm once you have arrived on property.
