Getting Here | Steamboat Ski Resort
The Porches is a 20-acre boutique neighborhood located right at the base of the mountain. It is centrally located, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the mountain village that you’ll be amazed how peaceful it feels.
We’re a scenic 3-to-4 hour drive away from Denver (DIA) and a short 30-to-40 minute drive away from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN).

Check-in location: 2096 Indian Summer Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487
From Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden: Take the airport access road approximately two miles to highway 40, then turn right and drive east on highway 40 for about 15-20 miles until you reach Steamboat Springs. Drive through the downtown area and then another mile or so until you reach the Mt. Werner exit. Take the exit ramp and turn left at the stop sign; you will now be on Mt. Werner Road. From Denver International Airport: Steamboat Springs is 157 miles northwest of Denver, and the drive takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending on weather & traffic. From Denver, drive west on I-70 for about 67 miles until you reach Silverthorne, where you will take exit 205. Drive north 37 miles on CO-9 to Kremmling, then west about 52 miles on US-40 to Steamboat Springs. Take the Mt. Werner exit and at the stop sign turn right; you will now be on Mt. Werner Road. Directions to The Porches from Mt. Werner Road: Head uphill away from Yampa River and drive through 2 traffic lights. Shortly after the 2nd light, turn left onto Steamboat Boulevard and then immediately turn right onto Rockies Way. After less than a block, turn left onto Indian Summer Drive and head toward the large amenities building called the Barn, about 100 yards in front of you. Park next to this building and come inside to the front desk.
