Fractional & Half Home Ownership
Our fractional home ownership option takes luxury real estate in Steamboat Springs to the next level. When you invest in fractional ownership at The Porches, you are guaranteed a minimum of six weeks of vacation time each year. If you are lucky enough to visit your vacation home more than once or twice a year, you can schedule your trips on a space-available basis.
