Why would I choose fractional over whole ownership?

  • Fractional ownership is for you if you want to enjoy luxury real estate but you can’t logically justify investing the money and time into the property.
  • Even though vacation properties end up being empty most of the year, they still need to be maintained in order to retain their value. Maintenance costs can be really steep, and fractional ownership is a method of obtaining a beautiful home in desirable locations for a very low cost.

What does the rotating calendar do?

  • Depending on how many owners there are, the calendar will generally look like this: one week per owner per month, and an empty week at year’s end for maintenance and cleaning.
  • At the beginning of every year, the whole calendar shifts ahead by one week in order to rearrange the holidays.
