Flexible & Scalable
The majority of second homeowners can spend only a few weeks at their second home each year. So, why pay for an entire home when fractional ownership at The Porches allows you the opportunity to own a multi-million-dollar home at a fraction of the cost? We came up with a way that allows you to spend the time you want and pay for the time spent.
Our owners are guaranteed six weeks per year plus additional weeks based on availability.

Market Update – November 2017
The Steamboat real estate market has had a great year. In 2017, listings sold are up 14% from 2016 with 965 listings sold and a sales volume of $543 million. Which is up a total of 19% from 2016.
The mountain area continues to be the most popular in Steamboat and sales in this area account for 45.08% of the dollar volume and 37.09% of the number of transactions in October of this year. The proximity to the base area and downtown makes this a coveted place to own a home in Steamboat. As demand continues to rise and the number of listings are decreasing, it’s time to think about purchasing.
