The Nutcracker: December 8th & 9th
Don’t miss Elevation Dance Studio’s winter production of the Nutcracker. This wonderful performance showcases Steamboat’s young talent and is sure to put you in the holiday spirit.
The Holiday Festival: December 17th
This is one holiday event that truly lets Steamboat’s unique traditions shine! Head to Gondola Square to watch Santa ride down the slopes on horseback and meet two of his reindeer at his workshop. Live music by Face Local a fun event for the whole family.
Family New Year’s Eve: December 31st
Ringing in the New Year in Steamboat along side family and friends is an unforgettable experience. The signature torch light parade and fireworks display on the mountain is a showstopper every year!
For families looking to celebrate together the Family Fun New Year’s party at the Steamboat Grand is a big hit. A magician, comedy show, and live DJ follow a delicious buffet style meal. Dance the night away with the entire family as you count down to 2018.
The Porches Holiday Events
The town of Steamboat isn’t the only place to find festive holiday activities. Here at The Porches we too get into the holiday spirit and make it a community celebration.
